  • The company is committed to delivering products in Alexandria, Qalyubia, Delta cities, and Canal cities within a maximum of 5 business days.
  • The company is committed to delivering products in Upper Egypt, the North Coast, Marsa Matrouh, the Red Sea governorates, and border governorates within a maximum of 7 business days.

  • You must present your ID card upon receipt of the product, ensuring that you are the ordering party and that your name is clearly marked on the product invoice, as it appears on your ID card.
  • The company is committed to delivering the product to your door, taking into account residential areas with narrow streets. Delivery vehicles may not be able to reach these areas. In some cases, the company representative may not be able to deliver large products to your door if there are narrow stairs and elevators are not available. In these cases, large products may be damaged, bruised, or scratched if they are placed in narrow spaces that are not suitable for their size.
  • The delivery representative will not be able to open or test personal care products, mobile phones, and accessories. You only need to ensure that the box and outer packaging are intact, and that the product has not been opened or used. If you purchase a TV, you must ensure that you receive it and open it in front of the representative, turning it on only to ensure its integrity and that there are no visible cracks or damage.
  • The cost of delivering the product ranges from 50 to 500 Egyptian pounds at most.
  • The delivery cost is calculated based on the product size, geographic area, and monetary value. Therefore, always ensure that your address and personal information are entered correctly. You may incur additional delivery costs if you enter an incorrect address.
